Hari ini saya barusan download template JA Purity II disini , secara keseluruhan desain template yang dibuat sangat bagus dan perfect! Untuk demo templatenya bisa dilihat disini . Selain mempunyai desain yang sangat bagus, JA Purity II juga mempunyai banyak modul posisi, juga sangat mudah di custom sesuai kebutuhan. Namun setelah saya lihat posisi modul yang ada, ada satu posisi modul yang saya inginkan tapi belum tersedia. Setelah bereksperimen ternyata penambahan modul pada template ini sangat mudah.

Yang pertama adalah Edit file templateDetails.xml , yang berlaki pada template folder JA Purity. Tambahkan kode sebagai berikut yang saya beri tanda huruf tebal :

Posisi modul yang dibuat saya beri “vm-fp” , untuk penamaan bisa apa saja sesuai yang anda inginkan. Jika sudah, jangan lupa save perubahan yang anda buat.

Langkah berikutnya adalah merubah file main.php yang berlokasi pada /layouts/block/main.php , dengan kode dibawah ini :

Jika sudah, jangan lupa save perubahan yang anda buat. Untuk melihat perubahan anda bisa melihatnya pada alamat http://alamatserver/index.php?tp=1 .

Sebenarnya langkahnya sangat mudah, anda tinggal masuk pada menu administration Joomla! 1.5., kemudian ikuti langkah berikut :

• Menus – Main Menu (sekarang anda berada: Menu Item Manager: mainmenu).
• Klik pada ‘Home’ link to edit this link (sekarang anda berada: Menu Item: Edit).
• Klik Parameters System ganti atau hapus pada Page title.
  • Jika anda mengganti isian pada Page title, perubahan judul akan terjadi pada Frontpage.
  • Jika anda menghapus isian Page title, Maka pada judul Frontpage akan berubah judulnya menjadi Home (karena ‘Home’ nama link/judul untuk Frontpage).
  • Jika anda tidak ingin menampilkan judul, setting Show Page Title dibawah menu Page title menjadi ‘No’.
• Jka sudah, jangan lupa untuk save perubahan yang anda buat.

Ssetelah saya analisa sebentar, ternyata info  yang saya terima benar yakni hal tersebut karena kesalahan pada setting .htaccess. File .htaccess punya saya kosong alias tidak ada isinya sehingga mengakibatkan modul OpenSEF yang saya pasang pada engine joomla tidak dapat berjalan dengan baik. Jadi bagaimana solusinya?

Anda tinggal buka file .htaccess pada root directory, kemudian isi dengan kode berikut ini :

Setelah itu tinggal test websitenya, dan hasilnya berjalan dengan baik

Cukup anda jalankan code berikut :

Setelah prosesnya selesai coba anda refres browser anda..taraaaa…….
